Critics of the loss of discipline, function, and thrift in favor of more Western-inspired ideas of human rights and equality have also been raised in response to the increased self-confidence that comes with financial success.

Confucian ideas of obligation also have an impact on the managing of modern and traditional values. These include the duty to carry out one’s obligations, particularly those of those in charge of you. This is crucial in Eastern relationships because it can be seen in the way that kids interact with their babies and how they treat their elders. It also serves as the foundation for Christian nobility, in which the hero accepts responsibility for saving the helpless princess. These form the basis of Confucian philosophy and are evident in daily interactions between people, particularly in the workplace. This has made the Japanese, like various Asian nations, an amazingly aggressive and prosperous country. These guidelines can be used in any circumstance.

Through an integrative perception, the present study aims to address the various results of racial and ethnic id, as well as Asian values, on eudaimonic properly being. We hypothesize that by directly affecting how people feel their societal obligations are met, cultural identity and the support of Asiatic values cooperatively moderate the effects of race-related stress on favorable well-being. In particular, we predict that the marriage between racial stress and positive well-being will be most moderated by Asian Americans who support their ethnic identity as a minority group and who are committed to Asiatic values.
